 Luxurious Chocolate Cake Recipe

       Ingredients:

1. For the Cake:

2 cups of flour.

1 1/2 cups of sugar.

3/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder.

2 teaspoons of baking powder.

1 teaspoon of baking soda.

1/2 teaspoon of salt.

2 eggs.

1 cup of milk.

1/2 cup of vegetable oil.

2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.

1 cup of boiling water.


     2. For the Cream:

1 cup of heavy whipping cream.

2 cups of melted dark chocolate.


     3. For Decoration:

Chocolate pieces (chocolate bars, chocolate biscuits, and filled chocolates).

Chocolate truffles.

Chocolate sauce for drizzling.


               Preparation:

     1. Making the Cake:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a round cake pan with butter and dust it with cocoa powder.

In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract, and whisk the ingredients until smooth and well combined.

Gradually pour in the boiling water while whisking continuously (the batter will be thin, and that’s normal).

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the cake to cool completely before decorating.


      2. Preparing the Cream:

Heat the whipping cream in a small saucepan without boiling it.

Pour it over the melted chocolate and stir until smooth and glossy.

Let the mixture cool slightly until it thickens and is spreadable.


     3. Assembling and Decorating:

Spread a layer of cream smoothly over the cake.

Drizzle chocolate sauce along the edges to create a beautiful dripping effect.

Decorate the top with chocolate pieces and truffles as desired

     Tip:

For the best presentation, refrigerate the cake for an hour before serving to allow the cream to set.
