Irresistible Rzizat Al-Qadi Recipe with a Unique Shape and Flavor


                   -Ingredients:

500g flour

1 teaspoon instant yeast

1 teaspoon sugar

A pinch of salt

Warm water for kneading

Oil for frying

Honey or syrup for serving


                  -Preparation:

   1. Preparing the dough:

In a deep bowl, mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Gradually add the warm water while kneading until you get a soft, smooth dough.

Cover the dough and leave it in a warm place for about an hour until it rises and doubles in size.


   2. Shaping the dough:

Once the dough has risen, divide it into small, equal-sized balls.

Roll out each ball thinly on a floured surface until it forms long, fine strands. This gives it the distinctive "Rzizat Al-Qadi" shape.



    3. Frying:

Heat enough oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

Fry the shaped dough in the hot oil until it turns golden and crispy.

Remove from the oil and place on paper towels to drain the excess oil.


      4. Serving:

After frying, quickly dip the Rzizat Al-Qadi in honey or syrup for a short time to absorb a bit of sweetness.

Serve while still hot to enjoy the crispy, sweet texture that’s impossible to resist.


Note: You can sprinkle some sesame seeds or cinnamon on top for an extra layer of flavor if desired.
