  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Juice of half a lemon (optional)

                      -Instructions:



  1. Prepare the Meat:

    • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
    • Pat the meat dry with paper towels and season with salt and black pepper on all sides.
