                     -Ingredients:

For the Steak:

2 beef steak slices (such as ribeye or sirloin)

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 garlic cloves (mashed)

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 teaspoon paprika

                      -For the Shrimp:

200 grams shrimp, peeled and cleaned

2 tablespoons butter

2 garlic cloves (mashed)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

A pinch of chili pepper (optional)

                        -For the Gravy:

2 cups beef broth

1 onion (finely chopped)

1 carrot (chopped)

1 celery stalk (chopped)

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon flour (for thickening the gravy)

                        -Instructions:

       1. Prepare the Steak:

Season the steak slices with olive oil, mashed garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

       2. Prepare the Gravy:

In a large pot over medium heat, add a tablespoon of oil and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.

Add the chopped carrot and celery, continuing to sauté for 5 minutes.

Then, add the beef broth and rosemary. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.

If you want to thicken the gravy, mix the flour with a little water, then add it to the pot while stirring continuously. Let the gravy simmer for another 10 minutes.

        3. Prepare the Shrimp:

In a pan over medium heat, add the butter along with the mashed garlic. Once the garlic turns slightly golden, add the shrimp.

Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and a pinch of chili pepper if using. Cook the shrimp for 3-5 minutes until they turn pink.

         -4. Grill the Steak:

Hat the grill or skillet over high heat. Grill the steak slices for 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.

Allow the steak to rest for 5 minutes after grilling.

        -5. Serve:

Place the steak on a serving plate, then top it with the prepared shrimp. Pour the hot gravy over the top.

You can serve this dish with white rice or mashed potatoes.

Enjoy your delicious steak topped with shrimp and gravy, combining rich and distinctive flavors!
