             Preparation of Strawberry Desser


                              Ingredients:


- 250 grams of fresh strawberries (washed and chopped)

- 100 grams of sugar

- 200 ml of heavy cream

- 100 ml of milk

- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch

- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)



                              Instructions:


             1. Prepare the Strawberry Sauce:

   - Place the chopped strawberries and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.

   - Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring until the strawberries break down and the mixture thickens.

   - Add the lemon juice and stir well. Remove from heat and let it cool.


                  2. Prepare the Cream:

   - Mix the milk and cornstarch in a bowl, then heat in a saucepan until it begins to boil and thickens.

   - Add the vanilla extract and mix well. Let the mixture cool completely.


                 3. Assemble the Dessert:

   - In serving glasses or small bowls, layer the strawberry sauce and then the cream.

   - Repeat layers as desired.


                               4. Garnish:

   - Garnish with mint leaves if desired, and serve cold.



                 History of Strawberry Dessert:


- Origin and History:  Strawberries have been used in various dishes and desserts since ancient times, but specific strawberry desserts developed significantly in the 19th century. Strawberries were used in different recipes and ways in Europe and North America.
