      Preparation of Mint with Chocolate Chips


                              Ingredients:


- 100 grams of fresh mint leaves

- 200 grams of dark chocolate (chopped)

- 50 grams of butter

- 2-3 tablespoons of sugar (to taste)

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)


                             Instructions:


                       1. Prepare the Mint:

   - Wash the fresh mint leaves thoroughly and dry them well.


                      2. Melt the Chocolate:

   - Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.

   - Add the chopped dark chocolate to the melted butter and stir until completely melted and smooth.

   - Add the sugar and vanilla extract if desired, and mix well.


                     3. Combine with Mint:

   - Gently stir the mint leaves into the melted chocolate until they are evenly coated.


                            4. Cool and Set:

   - Place the chocolate-coated mint leaves on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

   - Refrigerate until the chocolate is fully set.
