             Ingredients


3 cups of shredded coconut

1 cup of powdered sugar

2 medium-sized eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

1 teaspoon grated lemon zest (optional for a refreshing flavor)

Extra powdered sugar for garnish


Preparation Steps


     1. Preparing the Dough:

In a large bowl, mix the shredded coconut with the powdered sugar.

Gradually add the eggs while stirring until you get a cohesive texture.

Add the vanilla extract, grated lemon zest, and a pinch of salt

 Continue mixing until all the ingredients are well combined.


    2. Shaping the Cookies:
