   - Serve the teriyaki chicken with white rice or noodles.

   - Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top for garnish.

                      History of Teriyaki:

The origins of teriyaki trace back to Japan in the 17th century during the Edo period (1603-1868). The word "teriyaki" (η…§γ‚Šη„Όγ) means "grill and shine," referring to the method of cooking meat with a sweet sauce that leaves it glossy. Although historians do not know exactly who invented teriyaki, the dish has become an integral part of traditional Japanese cuisine and found its way into global kitchens, especially after World War II when Japanese culture became more widespread in Western countries.

Today, teriyaki is a popular dish served in Japanese restaurants worldwide, symbolizing the culinary traditions of Japan and representing a perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors.
