                      Vanilla Cake Preparation


                                 Ingredients:


                               For the Cake:

- 200 grams of softened butter

- 200 grams of sugar

- 3 eggs

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

- 250 grams of flour

- 1 teaspoon of baking powder

- 100 ml of milk


                        For the Vanilla Frosting:

- 200 grams of softened butter

- 300 grams of powdered sugar

- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

- 2-3 tablespoons of milk (optional to adjust consistency)



                            Preparation Steps:


         The Cake:


                        1. Prepare the Batter:

   - Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a cake pan or line it with parchment paper.

   - In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

   - Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

   - Mix in the vanilla extract until combined.

   - Gradually add the sifted flour and baking powder, alternating with the milk, mixing until you get a smooth batter.


                                2. Baking:

   - Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

   - Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.



                              Vanilla Frosting


                    1.   Prepare the Frosting:

   - In a bowl, beat the softened butter until light and smooth.

   - Gradually add the powdered sugar while continuing to beat until you have a creamy consistency.

   - Add the vanilla extract and mix well.

   - If the frosting is too thick, add milk one tablespoon at a time until you reach the desired consistency.


                      2 Decorating the Cake:

   - Once the cake has completely cooled, spread the vanilla frosting evenly over the top and decorate as desired.

It was first discovered by the Totonac tribes  in   Mexico , where it was used as early as the  14th century . Later, the Aztecs   introduced vanilla to Spain  in the 16th century. . Since then, vanilla has spread worldwide and has become a key ingredient in many desserts.


- Development:  By the early  19th century vanilla became widely used in the confectionery industry, especially in Europe and America. Vanilla dessert recipes evolved and became a staple in various cultures.
