To alleviate daily fatigue, we can perform simple movements at home or work that help relax the body and mind. Here are some ideas:


1. Deep Breathing Exercises : Taking deep and slow breaths through the nose and exhaling through the mouth helps reduce stress and anxiety. You can do this exercise at any time during the day.


2. Simple Stretching Exercises  : Performing short stretching exercises every hour or two helps improve circulation and reduce muscle pain. You can stretch your arms, neck, and back while sitting at your desk or even while watching TV.













  


3Short Walks. : If you work from home or the office, try taking a short 5 to 10-minute break and walking around. This helps move the body and relieve tension.

4.  Mental Relaxation. : You can take a minute or two to focus on the present moment without thinking about tasks or problems. Simple meditation or focusing on surrounding sounds can be done.


5.   Changing Posture. : Sitting in the same position for too long can lead to muscle strain. Try to change your posture regularly, whether sitting or standing, to improve comfort.
