Outdoor Grilled Meat Preparation with Family

                        Dish Description:

Grilling meat outdoors is one of the favorite family activities, where everyone gathers around the fire and enjoys the flavors of delicious grilled meat with fresh and tasty ingredients.

                 Ingredients:

       - For the meat:

  - 1 kilogram of steak cuts (preferably ribeye, ribs, or shoulder meat)

  - 3 cloves of crushed garlic

  - 2 tablespoons olive oil

  - 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

  - 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  - 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

  - Salt to taste

  - 1 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)

             - For the grilled vegetables:

  - 2 bell peppers, sliced

  - 1 large onion, sliced into rings

  - 2 zucchinis, sliced

  - 1 tablespoon olive oil

  - Salt and pepper to taste

  - Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)

                       Preparation Method:

      1. Marinate the Meat:

   - In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, crushed garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, black pepper, and salt. If you prefer a spicy kick, add the red chili flakes.

   - Place the steak cuts in the mixture and let them marinate for at least 2-4 hours in the refrigerator (overnight for the best flavor).

        2. Prepare the Grill:

   - Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. If using a charcoal grill, ensure the coals are hot and ready.

   - Place the sliced vegetables in a bowl and toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme or rosemary.

       3. Grilling:

   - Place the meat on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side (or depending on your preferred doneness).

   - At the same time, place the vegetables on the grill and turn them occasionally until they become tender and golden.

         4. Serving:

   - Once the meat is cooked, let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

   - Serve the grilled meat alongside the grilled vegetables. You can add barbecue sauce or garlic sauce for extra flavor.

              Tips:

- Ensure the grill is clean before use to avoid the meat sticking.

- You can add toasted bread or a side salad to complement the meal.
