 Here's a delicious and detailed recipe for preparing a hamburger with eggs, mortadella, and cheese at home. This recipe will give you a flavorful and rich burger.


                 -Ingredients:

500g minced meat (beef or chicken)

4 slices of mortadella (preferably high quality)

4 slices of cheese (cheddar or any type you prefer)

4 eggs

1 medium onion, finely chopped

2 garlic cloves, crushed

1 tablespoon mustard

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon ground cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons oil

4 fresh hamburger buns

Lettuce, tomato slices, onion slices (for garnish)

Ketchup, mayonnaise, or any sauce you prefer


                            -Preparation:

         1. Preparing the burger:

1. In a large bowl, place the minced meat. Add the chopped onion, crushed garlic, mustard, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.

2. Using your hands or a wooden spoon, mix the ingredients well until fully combined.

3. Divide the meat into four equal balls, then shape each ball into a flat, round patty.

4. Heat a pan or grill over medium heat, then add a tablespoon of oil. Place the burger patties in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through and golden on the outside.


          2. Preparing the eggs:

1. After cooking the burgers, use the same pan, adding a little more oil if necessary.
