     -1. Refrigeration and Freezing

- Freezing. : For longer storage, use freezing. Freeze fruits and vegetables after washing, cutting, and packaging them in freezer bags or airtight containers. Be sure to remove as much air as possible to prevent freezer burn.



             2. Canning


- Home Canning. : You can can fruits and vegetables at home using glass jars and sterilizing them in boiling water. Canning preserves freshness and prevents bacterial growth.


             3. Drying


- Air Drying. : Dry fruits and vegetables outdoors using racks or hanging them in a well-ventilated area.
